Considering that Nanami is a "Super High-School Level Gamer", she's played a variety of video games, meaning she would definitely recognise any video game characters she encounters. She wouldn't outright tell them that they are from a video game, but there would definitely be a perkiness to her overall sleepy demeanour when she's in their presence.
